The Minister’s participation included initial partnerships in the financial and monetary fields, where opportunities for cooperation between Sudanese and Russian financial institutions were discussed to enhance financial stability and support economic growth in Sudan. In addition, the meetings discussed potential partnerships in the energy and mining sectors, taking advantage of the enormous wealth that Sudan abounds with.
These partnerships come in light of a government trend towards strengthening cooperation with Russia in the next stage, in an effort to achieve sustainable development and develop the economic infrastructure in the country.
